PURCHASE AND USE

It can be bought either for personal consumption - EXPERIENCE MENU- or as a gift -GIFT CARD.



EXPERIENCE MENU / GIFT CARD:

When you buy an EXPERIENCE MENU, you will receive a redeemable code with the number of diners you have chosen. The code is subject to the following conditions:
  • A code allows you to submit ONE reservation request.
  • The reservation will be effective when the restaurant has confirmed it . When you send a reservation request, it will only be effective when the restaurant validates it based on availability. You will receive confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk email folder.
  • The validity date is one year from the time of purchase and can be exchanged from Monday to Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Once the year is over, the menus will be considered expired with no option to enjoy or refund. Menus with a closed date will only be valid for that specific date and are not extendable.
  • You can cancel a reservation confirmed by the restaurant up to 7 days before the reservation to find another date, otherwise, it will be considered validated. In no case will a refund be made.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure . The restaurant will give you new reservation options.
  • The gift voucher is for single use and will lose its validity after the time and date reserved and confirmed . In case of not showing up at the restaurant on the date and time of the reservation, the client will not be able to use it again on another date.
  • A reservation represents a legal agreement between the client and the restaurant . When they both agree on a reservation date and time, they establish a contract about the moment when the client will enjoy the experience and at that moment, the code will be considered redeemed and a new reservation cannot be made.

The reservations requested from the restaurant can have any of the following statuses, which define the characteristics of the reservation codes with which they were made:
  • Pending : There is a reservation request which has not yet been answered by the restaurant. It is not possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
  • Confirmed : There is a reservation request which has been confirmed by the restaurant. It is not possible to request a new reservation with the same code. You can cancel this reservation up to 7 days before the reservation date.
  • Canceled by the restaurant : There is a reservation request which has been canceled by the restaurant. It is possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
  • Canceled by the client : There is a reservation request which has been canceled by the client more than 7 days before the reservation (as stated in the conditions). It is possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
  • Completed : Once the reservation has been enjoyed, the same code cannot be reused for another reservation.
  • Expired coupon : Once the year has passed from the moment of purchase, or the closed date of the coupon purchased, the reservation will lose its validity and there will be no refund or new reservations will be allowed.


RETURNS

Once the purchase is made, returns are not accepted.



SHIPPING

During the purchase process, you will receive an email with the EXPERIENCE MENU / GIFT CARD with the redemption code.



PAYMENT METHODS

By credit card Visa / Mastercard. Payment is made directly on a secure platform offered by the bank.
